Linear dimensional wall surface in low light

Two hundred and eighteen starting points

The collection.

Two hundred original designs and eighteen Sikh Heritage plaques across seven established collections. Every piece carries a clear reference size and can be resized, recoloured and re-specified for your project.

What we build on

The board matters
as much as the carving.

The catalogue specifications use stable engineered boards for consistent carving. Premium solid-wood front doors are also available on request, with the timber species, seasoning, joinery, finished thickness and site exposure resolved separately before quotation.

MDF
Medium-density fibreboard. Our default. It cuts cleanest of any board, holds the finest detail, and takes primer beautifully. Used at 8 mm for louvers, 12 mm for wall systems and 18 mm for art panels.
HDHMR
High-density high-moisture-resistance board. Denser than MDF, so a carved edge stays crisp and it survives humidity. We use it for door faces at 12 mm and sacred reliefs at 18 mm — the surfaces people touch, and the ones carved deepest.
Door cores
A carved face is bonded to a seasoned batten frame with a 6 mm backing. That keeps a large door light enough to hang properly and stops it twisting through a season.
Solid-wood doors
Quoted as a separate premium construction. Timber species, moisture content, stile-and-rail build, finished thickness, hardware and covered or exterior exposure must be approved before production.
Deep relief
Relief depth cannot exceed roughly two thirds of board thickness. Anything deeper is machined from boards laminated together before cutting, so the finished piece is one solid mass, not a facing.
PVC composite
The modular 3D tiles are pressed from a mould, not carved, so they are formed in PVC composite rather than board. Fully waterproof and light enough to fix straight to a wall.
Named board brands
We buy from the Yamunanagar board cluster, about a hundred kilometres from the studio. Named brands are available on request — tell us what you want specified and we will quote it.
Made-to-order collection 218 designs

Made to order: the final specification covers the selected base board, machining, carving, finish, hardware, freight, taxes and installation as required. The final scope is confirmed from the approved dimensions, material, carving depth and specification.

Sikh Heritage inscriptions: plaque images are design references. The final Gurmukhi wording, spelling, line breaks and religious symbols must be approved in writing before machining. We recommend review by a fluent Gurmukhi reader or the client’s nominated religious adviser.
